1. About Nemi

Nemi is a pet-care companion that helps you track daily care, health status, and Moments with your pets. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Nemi is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

• Provide accurate information during registration and profile setup.
• Do not share your account or impersonate another person.
• You may sign out anytime from Settings.
• You may permanently delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes that account’s data from the cloud. Registering again with the same credentials creates a brand-new empty account.

3. Community & Moments

When you post in Moments, you grant Nemi a limited license to display that content inside the app for other users.

You agree not to post

• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Spam, scams, or misleading commercial promotions.
• Content that infringes someone else’s rights, including photos you do not have permission to share.
• Personal contact details meant to move conversations off the app for abuse or fraud.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules. You can report or block someone from ··· on their post or profile. Report and block choices apply to your account only.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Nemi systems or other users’ data. You may not use Nemi to build a competing service using our content or branding.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated.

5. Disclaimers & liability

Nemi is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy of care suggestions, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent allowed by law, Nemi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions you make about pet care.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as features evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date shown in this document.

If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

7. In-App Purchases

Nemi provides optional paid digital content through the Apple App Store. Payments are handled by Apple. We do not collect your bank card, credit card, or other payment account information.

1. Virtual goods

• VIP: During an active VIP period, benefits may include a coin gift on subscribe, extra Moments posting quota for that period, additional pet slots, and a VIP badge, as shown on the VIP screen. Plans may be offered weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
• Coins: Virtual currency used inside Nemi for eligible actions such as publishing an extra Moment and unlocking an extra pet slot.

Virtual goods have no real-world cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or traded for money outside Nemi. Unused coins or quotas may be forfeited if an account is deleted or access is suspended, subject to applicable law. We may adjust pricing, unlocking requirements, quotas, and bundles with reasonable notice.

2. Auto-renewable subscriptions

• VIP may be offered as a subscription on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Charges are made to your Apple ID. We do not charge cards directly.
• Manage subscriptions in App Store settings. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current period unless required by Apple policy or law.
• If you reinstall Nemi or change hardware, use Settings → Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID to restore eligible entitlements.

3. Refunds and billing disputes

Refund and billing requests must be submitted to Apple under Apple’s policies. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, we may revoke virtual items, quotas, or membership access related to that transaction.
