Privacy Policy

This Policy describes what information Nemi handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed Nemi to keep pet-care records in your cloud account. Nemi is for users who are at least 18 years old.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the Nemi mobile application. It covers account details, pet profiles, life logs, health status, Moments posts, and settings preferences stored for your use of the app.

Nemi stores care logs and related records in your cloud account.

2. Information we handle

Account

Sign-in identifier and authentication credentials stored securely for cloud sign-in.
Nickname, optional bio, optional profile photo, and age confirmation flags.

Pet care data

Pet profiles (name, species, breed, weight, age, photos, notes).
Life logs (Daily, Bath, Feed, Walk, and related notes or photos).
Health dimension status and related care records you enter.

Community

Moments you post, including text and photos.
Which Moments you liked, and which people or posts you reported or blocked.

Permissions & diagnostics

The operating system and Apple App Store may collect standard app analytics or crash data under their own policies. Nemi does not ask for unnecessary permissions beyond features you use (for example, camera or photo library when you add images).

3. How information is used

To operate core features: pets, logs, health, and Moments.
To keep your cloud data when you are not signed in, so you can sign in again later.
To enforce community safety tools such as report and block.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your pet photos for advertising networks.

4. Storage & retention

Account and care data for each signed-in profile are kept in your cloud account. If you tap Sign Out in Settings, this does not delete your data. Cloud data stays so you can sign in again later, including on another device. If you tap Delete Account in Settings, that cloud data is permanently removed and you are signed out.

Photos you attach are uploaded and stored in your cloud account. Removing a pet, log, post, or account removes the related app records.

5. Sharing

Moments content you publish can be seen by other Nemi users inside the app. Private care logs and health details stay in your cloud account unless you choose to share related moments yourself.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users from serious harm, fraud, or abuse.

6. In-App Purchases

Nemi provides optional in-app purchase services. These include membership subscriptions (VIP), virtual coins, and other digital content offered in the app.

All payments are completed through the Apple App Store. We do not obtain your bank card, credit card, or other payment account information.

We only receive necessary purchase information returned by the store, such as purchase status, order identifiers (not full payment details), and subscription validity periods. This information is used to verify purchase eligibility, unlock member benefits, and restore purchase records.

Nemi may store subscription status, virtual coin balances, and related quotas or unlock markers in your cloud account. Purchase information is not used for advertising or marketing, and is not sold to third parties.

7. Your choices

Edit profile details in Me → Edit Profile.
Sign out from Settings without deleting data.
Delete Account in Settings to erase the account and its data from the cloud.
Control camera and photo access in system Settings.

8. Children

Nemi is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly create accounts for minors. If you believe a minor created an account, use Delete Account on that profile or contact sievertandreinikolai@outlook.com.

9. Updates

We may revise this Policy as Nemi evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
